1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY 

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. 

• The Platform has products which will be delivered within the time slot chosen by the Customer at the time of selection of the product. The order information will be provided in the app for Customers to check. 

• For pick-up & drop services offered on the platform, the package will be picked up and delivered based on the timeslot chosen by the user at the time of confirming the service. 

• The products are delivered by pick-up and delivery partners of the Company. They are not Company’s employees. The Company functions on a shift & incentive-based model. 

• Delivery timings: For every service, based on the opening hours of Partnered Merchants and working hours of the Delivery Partners, orders can be placed. 

• The delivery of the products is not free of cost. 

• Delivery Charges: Delivery charges will be based on the distance of the user from the Partnered Merchant.  

• Prices: The Prices displayed on the Platform are the prices displayed by the Partnered Merchants and GoGetBy is not responsible for the prices displayed by the Partnered Merchants. 

• The Platform does not provide for cash on delivery in order to render support to India’s efforts towards digital economy and to arrest the COVID-19 spread. 

• Product delivery timing - 7:00 am to 9:00 pm 

• Delivery days - all days 

• The delivery agent will contact the customer on call, email or SMS after arrival. 

• The order shall be considered to be complete once the product is delivered to the customer. 

• The customer cannot return the product to the delivery person. 

• Through the Support section of the app, Users can reach the Company for delivery related queries or any other queries.
